These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the isd7 platform, including all games, betting services, payment processes, bonuses, and support functions available at isd7.net. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any bets or wagers on isd7. By creating an account and using the isd7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Every person who registers with isd7 must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard legal requirement. isd7 verifies age at registration and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts belonging to underage individuals are terminated immediately and balances forfeited.
Each player may hold only one isd7 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
All bonuses offered by isd7 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback promotions — are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution weightings, and maximum bet restrictions. Attempting to abuse bonus structures is prohibited and may result in account action.
All deposits and withdrawals on isd7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players are responsible for ensuring their payment method information is accurate. isd7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
Players are required to utilise isd7's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion — when gambling is causing harm. isd7 reserves the right to apply limits or suspend accounts where problem gambling behaviour is identified, in the interests of player welfare.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software ("bots"), exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any other conduct intended to defraud isd7 or other players is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where appropriate.

By accessing the isd7 platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with isd7's Privacy Policy and the specific rules applicable to any game or promotion you participate in. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the isd7 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the isd7 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The isd7 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. isd7 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation — including a Pakistani CNIC — to verify age at any stage of your Account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
The isd7 platform is designed for players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. isd7 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not register or use the isd7 platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the isd7 registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
Each Player may maintain only one active isd7 Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — regardless of the name, mobile number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. If isd7 identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and the matter investigated for potential fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your isd7 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. isd7 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify isd7 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
isd7 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process consistent with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or at any other point isd7 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension and eventual account closure.
You may request closure of your isd7 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to applicable game rules before closure is completed. isd7 reserves the right to retain transaction records in accordance with its legal obligations even after account closure.
An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. isd7 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after the twelve-month period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and may reactivate their Account by logging in and contacting support.
isd7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. isd7 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business hour to reflect in your isd7 Account balance. The minimum deposit on isd7 is Rs 200. isd7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which isd7 accepts no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount on isd7 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically under five minutes; bank transfers — within one to three business hours. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
Withdrawals are only permitted where the Player's Account balance consists of funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements. isd7 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In cases where fraud is confirmed, isd7 will freeze and forfeit the relevant balance and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
All bonuses offered by isd7 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers — are subject to specific Terms & Conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. The following general terms apply to all isd7 bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
Bonuses credited to your isd7 Account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion (e.g., "30x wagering on bonus amount"). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage than slots. Game contribution weightings are specified in each promotion's terms.
All bonuses on isd7 carry an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from credit date) as stated in the promotion's specific terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry time will be removed from the Player's Account automatically. isd7 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
While a wagering bonus is active on your isd7 Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet slip is Rs 1,000 or the equivalent in any game, unless specific promotion terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
isd7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematically low-risk betting across outcomes to meet wagering requirements ("bonus scalping"), and exploiting promotional errors. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and the matter reviewed under the prohibited conduct policy.
All games available on the isd7 platform operate according to their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
Sports betting markets on isd7 — including cricket, PSL, UFC, and all other sports — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. isd7 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or circumstances outside its control. Settled results are final once confirmed in the isd7 system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a gaming session, isd7 will investigate and apply one of the following outcomes: (a) completing the round based on available game-state data; (b) voiding the round and returning the stake to the Player's Account. isd7's determination in these matters is final. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software malfunction or pricing error are not payable and will be voided.
Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on the isd7 platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. isd7 reserves the right to cancel or void bets at its sole discretion where there is evidence of technical error, suspicious betting patterns, or breach of these Terms.
isd7 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. We strongly encourage all Players to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to monitor their behaviour for signs of problem gambling.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the isd7 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal proceedings:
All content on the isd7 platform — including but not limited to the isd7 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive property of isd7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works of any isd7 content without prior written authorisation. Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the isd7 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isd7 excludes all liability for:
Where isd7 is found liable, its aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
isd7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with isd7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data necessary for account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, and the provision of responsible gaming services. isd7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
isd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, isd7 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or through a prominent notification displayed upon login. Your continued use of the isd7 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under isd7's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to isd7's customer support team for internal resolution. In the event that an internal resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under isd7's licence for independent adjudication. isd7's determination on matters of platform operation, game settlement, and account status shall in all cases be final pending regulatory review.
